Lifetime Warranty Terms & Conditions

At PorCiper, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. If your original product breaks at any point during its natural life, we’ll replace it. Here’s how it works:

 

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakage under normal use conditions. Please note that the replacement products do not carry a warranty and cannot be replaced.

 

How to Claim:

Email us at info@porciper.com with the subject line “Lifetime Warranty.”

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The item from your order that is broken
  • A brief description of how it broke
  • An image and/or video showing the broken product
  • The address you would like the reshipment to be sent to

We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 48 hours.

 

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper use
  • Alterations to the product
  • Environmental exposure (e.g. water damage)
  • Breakage that results from normal wear and tear over time. Normal wear and tear refers to gradual deterioration, such as fraying or fading, which weakens the product. If this weakening leads to a breakage, it is considered part of the product's natural aging process and is not covered by the warranty.
  • Replacements are only available for the original purchased item and not for any replacement products.

 

Shipping:

We will ship the replacement product to the address provided in your warranty claim email.
